SHIPPING PRICES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship with DAO in Denmark, as they ship year round and Postnord in Norway and Sweden
Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days.
The jewelry takes approx. 2-5 business days to reach the address.
Shipping price in Denmark: DKK 40.
Shipping price in Norway and Sweden: DKK 60
The package will be sent by dao or Postnord, to the address you provide when ordering.
You will receive an email & sms when we hand in your package where you can follow the package via track & trace.
If you can not find your track & trace number, send us an email and we will look it up for you.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
From the day you received your goods from us, you have 14 days to return and exchange your goods with us.
If you want to have your goods exchanged, first check on our website if we have the goods and size you want to exchange for, then send an email to goertzbyjulie@gmail.com with order number, which items and sizes you want to exchange for. We pay for the shipping from our address to you or to a parcel shop near you.
All items returned to Gørtz must be unused and in the same condition as received. It is your responsibility that the package is sent properly, this means that you are responsible for the package arriving safely to us. We pay for the shipping from our address to you or to a parcel shop near you. We therefore recommend that you save the receipt and possibly the Track and Trace number.

If your package meets the above specifications, you will receive your money back excluding postage. The money is transferred to the same payment card the order is paid with .
Complaints el. Questions
Gørtz provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act for extensive manufacturing and material defects found during normal use of the product.
The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation (eg using the products in water), poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during the usual examination of the item.
